La recherche du pôle de pathologie vétérinaire
Le pôle de pathologie vétérinaire s’implique activement dans la recherche vétérinaire. Les quatre pathologistes appartiennent également à l’unité de recherche ICE (Interactions Cellules Environnement + lien internet). Dans ce cadre, les thématiques de recherche s’articulent autour du domaine de la cancérologie, pour mieux comprendre et traiter différentes tumeurs, grâce à d’étroites collaborations nationales et internationales.
Les pathologistes sont par ailleurs sollicité.e.s par de nombreuses équipes de recherche, internes à VetAgroSup et extérieures (Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Lyon, …) pour leur expertise, dans la pathologie animale et les modèles animaux de maladies.
Ces travaux de recherche (fondamentale et clinique) font ainsi régulièrement l’objet de publications scientifiques et de présentations à congrès nationaux ou internationaux.
Le pôle de pathologie offre également des stages pour des étudiant.e.s de master et accueille également des étudiants de doctorat.
