SUMMARY:Appel à projets de recherche 2022 - Réseau SAARA
DESCRIPTION:Réseau thématique de recherche pour la santé et le bien-être animal en région Auvergne Rhône Alpes (SAARA)\nL’objectif du Réseau thématique de recherche pour la santé et le bien-être animal en région Auvergne Rhône Alpes (SAARA)\, créé en octobre 2018\, est de favoriser les collaborations interdisciplinaires et inter-organismes et d’améliorer la visibilité de la recherche en santé et bien-être animal en région ARA. \nL’un des outils d’animation de ce réseau est l’appel à projets de recherche (APR) annuel. \nAprès les éditions de 2020 et 2021\, ce 3ème appel à projet est de nouveau ouvert sur toutes thématiques santé et/ou bien-être animal. Chaque tutelle du réseau (Anses\, VetAgro Sup\, INRAE département SA\, INRAE département PHASE) a abondé financièrement l’APR à hauteur de 15 000 €\, ce qui a permis de constituer une enveloppe financière de 60 000 € gérée par VetAgro Sup. \nLe soutien financier accordé par projet n’excèdera pas 20 000 € (exempté de frais de gestion pour les unités) pour une durée de mise en œuvre du projet de 2 ans maximum avec un démarrage en 2022. Ce montant servira à financer du fonctionnement (consommables\, déplacements\, indemnités de stage\, frais de publication…). \nCritères d’éligibilité \nLe seul critère d’éligibilité est que le projet implique au moins 2 unités avec des participants d’au moins 2 tutelles sur les 3 (VetAgro Sup\, INRAE\, Anses). \nCritères d’évaluation \nLes critères pouvant être considérés pour l’évaluation seront les suivants : \n\nIntérêt scientifique\, notamment caractère novateur du projet\nQualité méthodologique du projet\nFaisabilité notamment par rapport au budget demandé\nCohérence avec les projets des unités et intérêt stratégique\nEquilibre entre les participations et implication (quotité) des partenaires\nEffet structurant du projet pour le réseau : stimulation de nouvelles collaborations\, création de nouvelles synergies\nPossibilité de déposer un projet de plus grande envergure à la suite\, perspectives en termes de développement de partenariats à l’échelle nationale voire internationale\n\nCalendrier \nOuverture de l’appel à projet : 7 mars 2022 \nDate limite de soumission des projets : 15 juin 2022 \nTransmission des résultats aux porteurs de projets : été 2022 \nDate de début de démarrage des projets : octobre 2022 \nSoumission des projets \nUn formulaire de dépôt de projet est fourni. Le dossier complet ne doit pas excéder 6 pages tout compris. Ce dossier doit être signé par les directeurs ou chefs d’unités concernées. DESCRIPTION:Workshop Sessions Information\nWorkshop 1: Science and Global Health Diplomacy to Preventing and Tackling Pandemics: Opportunities and Challenges for One Health\nDate & Time: Tuesday\, May 3\, 2022\, 11:00  \nThe COVID-19 pandemic proved that humans\, animals\, and the environment are all interconnected\, and our society and governance systems are vulnerable to the emergence of infectious diseases. Through One Health\, the role of science and global health diplomacy can be strengthened and re-envisioned to prevent\, prepare and respond to emerging epidemics and pandemics. The workshop will provide better understanding on how science-diplomacy strategies related to One Health could help in reinforcing cooperation among nations and sectors for improved pandemic prevention\, preparedness and response. \nFollow this link for more information on the workshop. \nWorkshop 2: Recommendations to update the WHO classification of Digital Health interventions\nDate & Time: Tuesday\, May 3\, 2022\, 11:00   \nDuring the last meeting\, the working group on the Update of the WHO Classification of Digital Health interventions discussed some first insights on the current use of the Classification gained from the work of two collaborators who had investigated data from the Digital Health Atlas (DHA). It seems that some entries in the DHA are labelled as belonging to an extensive number of classes\, which led to a discussion on the granularity of the classification. \nFollow the link for more information on the workshop. \nWorkshop 3: Building a recommendation system for a Global Health network\nDate & Time: Tuesday\, May 3\, 2022\, 16:00  \nThe “recommender systems” working group is meeting regularly to design an interactive networking platform to be used during the Geneva Health Forum. The new system will recommend events to attend and people to meet. As the goal is to promote collaboration\, the group is also considering the idea of extending it beyond the conference. The group is meeting monthly to discuss different aspects related to the platform such as data privacy\, deployment plan and communication plan. \nFollow link for more information on the workshop. \nWorkshop 4: How to develop a sustainable pharmaceutical distribution in African countries?\nDate & Time: Wednesday\, May 4\, 2022\, 11:00 \nThe working group seeks to analyze the most appropriate Drug Supply Organizations (DSOs) models suitable for African countries.  The group\, which meets once a month\, aims to know whether the cooperative strategies\, particularly pharmacy cooperative models\, are ideal for improving access to medicines in African Countries or if other models should be explored.  All this is realized through the case studies elaboration from different sectors and countries and possibly evolving an optimal scenario of developing a sustainable pharmaceutical distribution in African countries. \nFollow link for more information on the workshop. \nWorkshop 5: Improving access of children to surgical care in Africa\nDate & Time: Wednesday\, May 4\, 2022\, 11:00 \nThe main goal of this workshop is mapping of the variables affecting access to expert surgical care in the African continent with experts\, policy makers\, insurers and investors to propose solutions for tackling this vital topic. The “Improving Access to Surgical care in Africa” working group is meeting regularly to solve significant gaps in the provision of surgical care in low- and middle-income countries. Issues related to neonates with congenital gastrointestinal problems requiring surgical intervention in Nigeria are the primary focus and the group wishes to contribute with concrete solutions to ease those pain points. Various stakeholders from the Federal Ministry of Health of Nigeria\, Paediatric Surgeons & Anaesthetists associations\, the private sector\, Non-Profit Organisations\, and insurance companies (AXA) are fully engaged in that project. \nFollow link for more information on the workshop. \nWorkshop 6: What training should we build for One Health/Planetary Health?\nDate & Time: Wednesday\, May 4\, 2022\, 14:00 \nOne Health or Planetary Health approaches are increasingly being used to address health problems. These new perspectives require new knowledge but also new working methods that require multidisciplinary teamwork. Masters and PhD courses are being developed around the themes of One Health/Global Health in both rich and resource-poor countries. The aim of the workshop is to share experiences between different initiatives and to see what synergies could be created to facilitate the development of such courses. \nFollow link for more information on the workshop. \nWorkshop 7: How can we improve the access to Mental Health Care in Asia?  \nDate & Time: Thursday\, May 5\, 2022\, 11:00 \nThrough the “Improving Access to Mental Health Care in Asia” workshop\, the GHF\, in collaboration with other allies will shed light on issues such as lack of appropriate care\, limited access to mental health care\, and mental health-related stigma in many parts of the Asia-Pacific region. Firstly\, the main problems\, demographics\, and clinical data will be mapped out in Malaysia\, Indonesia\, the Philippines\, Hong Kong\, and Taiwan. Secondly\, concrete solutions will be designed to tackle those issues. A Panel Discussion will be held to discuss the situation and the best list of actions for the aforementioned countries. \nFollow link for more information on the workshop. \nWorkshop 8: Swiss Women’s Health Alliance\nDate & Time: Thursday\, May 5\, 2022\, 14:00 \nA leading group of various actors\, including scientists in women’s sexual and reproductive health and gender equality and human rights advocates has been working on the design of the Swiss Women’s Health Alliance.
